Once a service agreement is signed and the project has started, cancellations are not allowed.
If a client wishes to discontinue services, they must provide written notice at least 30 days in advance after the mutually signed lock-in period.
Refund Policy
All payments made for our services are non-refundable.
Since we provide customized digital marketing, branding, and website development services, we cannot offer refunds once the project begins.
In case of any disputes, we will work with the client to resolve issues as per the agreed scope of work, but no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
