Cancellation Policy

  • Once a service agreement is signed and the project has started, cancellations are not allowed.
  • If a client wishes to discontinue services, they must provide written notice at least 30 days in advance after the mutually signed lock-in period.

Refund Policy

  • All payments made for our services are non-refundable.
  • Since we provide customized digital marketing, branding, and website development services, we cannot offer refunds once the project begins.
  • In case of any disputes, we will work with the client to resolve issues as per the agreed scope of work, but no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
